Terms of service

These terms apply when you request a ride through tempo.al, run by TEMPO Taxi (part of Tempo Shuttle Tours, Lushnjë, Albania).

Booking a ride

  • Sending the form is a ride request, not a guaranteed booking. The ride is confirmed when a driver is assigned and you see their name, car and plate on your ride page or receive them on WhatsApp.
  • Give a real name and a phone number we can reach. If we can't reach you, we may cancel the request.
  • Each ride has a 4-digit PIN. Tell it to the driver only when you meet. The driver enters it to start the ride.

Prices

  • Any price shown on the site is an estimate. Agree the final price with the dispatcher or driver before the ride starts.
  • Payment is made to the driver at the end of the ride, unless agreed otherwise.

Cancelling

  • You can cancel online while the request is still waiting for a driver. After a driver is assigned, call or WhatsApp us on +355 69 20 36 256.
  • We may cancel a request if no driver is available, the pickup can't be reached, or the request looks abusive.

Your responsibilities

  • Be at the pickup point on time and keep your phone on.
  • Follow the driver's safety instructions and wear a seat belt.

Liability

We carry passengers with licensed drivers and insured vehicles under Albanian law. The website is provided as is; we aren't liable for delays caused by traffic, weather or events outside our control.
